Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends

• Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
• Shift B: Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

About the Role

The Field Operations Manager oversees field stewards, guest behavior, and crop protection. This role ensures guests follow rules, the fields remain protected, and the experience stays safe and enjoyable. This position requires authority, visibility, and strong guest communication skills. This role reports directly to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Field Stewards
• Monitor guest behavior and enforce field rules
• Address and resolve rule violations or safety concerns
• Coordinate crowd flow in high-traffic areas
• Ensure props and photo areas are used appropriately
• Monitor field conditions (damage, mud, congestion)
• Escalate serious issues to the Leadership Team
• Adjust field operations based on volume or weather

Requirements

• Must be 16+ (18+ preferred)
• Experience in crowd management, security, or guest services
• Comfortable communicating with guests
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Calm under pressure during peak times
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Must be available weekends
