Position: Parking Manager
Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends; must be available for 

• Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
• Shift B: Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Entrance Attendants and ticket scanning operations
• Ensure accurate ticket validation and capacity control
• Monitor entry lines and adjust staffing as needed
• Serve as escalation point for ticketing, guest disputes, and access issues
• Float between Parking, Field, Merchandise, and Group areas as needed
• Coordinate with all department managers throughout the day
• Make real-time operational decisions to protect guest experience and safety
• Communicate weather or capacity changes to staff and guests
• Provide daily debriefs and recommendations

Requirements

• Must be 18+ preferred
• Comfortable using iPads or tablets
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills
• Calm under pressure during peak times
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Must be available weekends
