Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends

• Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
• Shift B: Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

About the Role

The VIP, Bus & Group Experience Manager oversees VIP guests, bus arrivals, group bookings, and field trips. This role ensures groups are handled smoothly, schedules are respected, and high-touch guests receive an elevated experience. This is a logistics-heavy, guest-facing leadership role. This role reports directly to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Group Experience Attendants
• Coordinate bus arrivals and departures and directly communicate with groups / bus drivers
• Serve as a primary on-site contact for group leaders and teachers
• Deliver group orientations and ensure rules are understood
• Manage timing and movement of groups throughout the farm
• Coordinate with Parking, Entrance, and Field Managers
• Handle VIP or event issues or special requests
• Communicate group updates to the General Manager
• Oversee food operations and be the point-of-contact for food operations during the day

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Experience with groups, tours, or hospitality
• Comfortable communicating with all ages
• Must be able to lead group activities during field trips
• Calm under pressure during peak times
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Must be available weekends
